Everything changes when you start to emit your own frequency rather than absorbing the frequencies around you, when you start imprinting your intent on the universe rather than receiving an imprint from existence.
I’m Meredith, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, plant based cook, recovering choc-oholic, dog mom and wellness warrior. Lets be clear. I am a foodie first and nutrition nut second. From my childhood on I have happily dawned a chefs hat- making friends birthday cakes, dinners for my family and friends and constant experimentation!
What brought on my exploration of food as medicine?
Call it my ‘AHA’ moment. 15 years of dabbling with attempts to control my weight through fasting, cabbage soup diets, rigid calorie counting regimes, excessive exercise and diet potions. (aka starvation, obsession & misery)
While these experiments did not make any positive effects on my body image, they taught me exactly how I did not want to feel, eat and live for the rest of my life. Once I started focusing on the right foods, my terrible relationship with all the unhealthy ones diminished, and many other great things happened.
My painstaking sugar cravings subsided. I explored better ways to control my anxiety. I found the energy to start running (for the first time in my life!)
Once I was nourishing myself the right way, it made room for so much energy, confidence and motivation to soak up every part of life.

pür body nutrition is a place where I hope to inspire you to take charge of your existence; your happiness, your relationships, your confidence, your fitness, your career…all by starting at the root of how you nourish yourself. And hopefully make you laugh (at or with me) along the way. Because even health shouldn’t be so serious all the time.
I believe that if you are treating your body right through proper nutrition, it will surprise you in how many ways your life will benefit. The enlightening ‘aha’ moments I experienced throughout my health journey have pushed me further study Nutrition, in hopes of sharing this growing fiah in my belly wherever I can.

While I am a proud plant-eater, my goal isn’t to preach my lifestyle, rather to encourage a more conscious approach to what we eat and how it affects us.
I believe that the best
‘diet’is one that allows us to eat in abundance, without guilt, overthinking, stress and depravity-WHILE promoting an active, passionate and long life.
One thing we can all share is to gain from incorporating a whole food approach to eating. By eating simply, with foods that come from the ground and not scientists we are able to completely satisfy the mind and body = giving it no excuse to be your #1 fan, homegirl and supporter always.
While diverse, my recipes all share that they are functional for a thriving body…that means refined sugar free, dairy free, no processed grains, but heaps of fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, & legumes! (that said I am a firm believer that there is nothing a slice of pizza out with friends can’t fix)
