I appreciate how our thoughts and emotions effect what we choose to eat, and vise versa.
Our power (and my passion) lies in breaking the cycle of negative thoughts, poor nourishment and loss of control.
Eating for happiness means breaking free of the ties that make us fear, doubt or stress over food.
Starting fresh relationships with how we fuel our body, leaving our past beliefs at the door.
My mission isn’t to smother you with a ‘one sized fits all’ approach to nutrition perfection and pristine health- but to empower you to make better choices everyday.
Because we all have much more to worry about than how many calories are in our oatmeal, or what foods will flatten our little belly bulge.
That’s why the most valuable knowledge I can hope to share is intuition;
for when we our bodies need rest, when we need to start eating more greens, when its time cut our workouts in half and substitute with a little dog-cuddling.
We are constantly changing evolving and growing so what has worked for us then may not work for us now.
Restrictions, rules and adherence don’t exactly give me warm feelings inside- so let’s ditch the diet labels shall we?
Unless you are on a strict medical adherence guidelines, my approach revolves around finding the appropriate balance between nourishing and indulging, without guilt or shame.
